This Privacy Policy explains what information padathai.com ("the Site") collects, how it's used, and your choices. Pada Thai is a small, family-run restaurant at 200 Lunenburg St, Fitchburg, MA 01420; the Site is a marketing and menu website, not an online account system — there are no user logins, and we don't sell your information.

Information we collect

The Site itself doesn't require you to create an account or log in. The only information we collect directly is what you choose to submit through the Contact & Catering form on the Visit page: your name, email address, and message, plus phone number, company/organization, and party size or event details if you choose to provide them. We don't collect payment information on this Site.

How your information is used and processed

Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, and delivered to us by email so we can respond to your inquiry, catering request, or question. We use a hidden "honeypot" field to filter out automated spam submissions — this does not track or profile visitors, unlike a CAPTCHA service. We use the information you submit only to respond to you; we do not use it for marketing emails or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we do not sell your information.

Third-party services embedded on this Site

• Google Maps — the Home and Visit pages embed a Google Maps location. Loading that embed may allow Google to set its own cookies or receive your IP address, governed by Google's own privacy policy, not ours.
• Cloudflare — the Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard technical server logs (like IP address and request data) for delivery, performance, and security purposes.

Beyond the two integrations above, the Site does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies, and does not run any social-media pixel or ad-retargeting script. Web fonts are self-hosted rather than loaded from a third-party font CDN.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our own basic business recordkeeping, and are not used for any other purpose.
